How to measure your foot
- Place a sheet of paper against a wall on a hard floor.
- Stand with your heel touching the wall and mark your longest toe.
- Measure from the wall to the mark, then use the recommended foot length row above.

Size exchanges
If your shoes do not fit correctly, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with their original packaging.
For size-related exchanges, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping cost and the cost of sending the replacement pair. We will confirm the replacement shipping fee before dispatch.
Product quality issues
If the shoes arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect, such as sole separation or material damage, contact us with clear photographs or video. After verification, we will send a replacement pair at no additional cost.
This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.
Returns and refunds
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days after delivery. Please do not return an item before receiving the return address and instructions from our customer service team.
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund within 7 business days. The time for funds to appear depends on PayPal, your bank or payment provider.
Australia delivery
Delivery across Australia is free. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and the estimated transit time is 7–15 business days. Tracked delivery and import duties are included.
